Using our service — including WhatsApp account creation, deposit facilitation, or withdrawal processing — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision stated here, you must not proceed with account creation.

To use BetPro Pakistan services, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older at the time of account creation
• Be the sole authorized user of the account created for you
• Not be accessing the service from a jurisdiction where such activity is explicitly prohibited by law
• Possess the legal capacity to enter binding agreements
• Hold the funds you deposit as your own lawfully obtained money

Your BetPro ID is personal and non-transferable. You are fully responsible for all activity occurring under your credentials. Sharing your account with another person, selling your credentials, or using someone else's account constitutes a material breach of these terms and may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact our support team immediately via WhatsApp.

The following conditions apply to all financial transactions processed through our service:

• Minimum deposit: PKR 500 via Easypaisa or JazzCash; PKR 1,000 via bank transfer
• Deposits are credited to your exchange wallet upon transaction confirmation
• Withdrawals are processed within a maximum 6-hour window from request submission
• We charge zero service fees on deposits or withdrawals
• All deposits must originate from accounts you personally own and control
• Deposits made erroneously (wrong account number) may not be recoverable and are subject to investigation

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination:

• Creating multiple accounts under different aliases to circumvent any restriction
• Using a BetPro ID linked to someone else's wallet or mobile number
• Attempting to exploit platform glitches or arbitrage our payment gateway
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal activities (money laundering)
• Providing false information during the account creation process

We take problem gambling seriously. If you believe your betting behavior is causing financial or emotional harm, contact our team immediately. We support the following risk-reduction tools:

• Deposit Limits: Request a cap on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposit ceiling
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent account suspension at any time
• Reality Checks: Request session duration reminders from our support team

Gambling is entertainment, not income. Never wager money you cannot afford to lose. Seek help from a professional if gambling is affecting your financial or mental wellbeing.

BetPro Pakistan operates as an access facilitation and support agency. We are not responsible for the outcomes of bets placed on the BetPro Exchange platform, fluctuations in market odds, or the results of casino games. Our liability is strictly limited to the proper delivery of your account credentials and the accurate processing of your deposits and withdrawals.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our service at any time with or without notice. In the event of service discontinuation, all wallet balances will be returned to players through their registered Easypaisa or JazzCash accounts within 72 hours.

BetPro Pakistan operates as a locally registered Pakistani agency. Disputes arising from our agency-level services are subject to Pakistani jurisdiction. Disputes arising from the BetPro Exchange platform itself are subject to the exchange's governing Curaçao eGaming license terms.
